We at The Sculpted Brain are committed to create learning products that are safe, beautiful, and meaningful for your children. Designed by experts, our play products are refined to their simplest, purest purpose: to be what children need at each stage.
Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us at The Sculpted Brain. However, as opened or used products cannot be reused or resold, the items cannot be returned to the seller once its delivered.
In extreme cases of damaged product delivery (leakage / broken / missing items) due to transit, a refund / exchange can be initiated after a thorough verification as per the refund policy.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY:
- The Sculpted Brain is not responsible for any damage after the delivery of the products.
- No returns will be offered on Items that have been delivered without any damages or defects.
- In case of a package being tampered / damaged / defected kindly refuse to accept the package from the delivery partner on the spot.
- If the product is wrongfully delivered (different SKU instead of the SKU mentioned in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order against the return of the product subject to the fact of such defect being established.
- An unboxing video is mandatory to be shared by the customer with the original packaging in case of claims on missing items / leakage / breakage or damage / incorrect product.
- To report damage in transit or any issue to return the package, please get in touch with our customer care within 24 hours of delivery at Customer Care Number/hello@thesculptedbrain.co.in
- Our customer care team will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours.
- Refunds will be made within 14 working days from the date of acceptance of return by our customer care.
- Any cash on delivery refunds will be made within 14 working days to the bank account provided by the customer in the above manner.
- No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address and/or there are 2 or more failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
- Notwithstanding anything contained herein, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz: Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
- All costs of return shipping need to be borne by the purchaser.
